Q: Why is my credit card not working?

Check to make sure your billing address is the same as the address attached to your card. Also, verify and make sure the zip code is correct along with the CVV 3-digit code on the back of the card or the 4-digit code on the front (for American Express). If you are still having problems with your card we suggest you get in contact with your credit card company.

Orders placed before 2:00pm your local time Monday-Friday are shipped the same day! We ship with Fed Ex - Shipments are normally delivered within 1-3 days except for special ordered items (Tuesday - Saturday for Fed Ex).

Free shipping on all orders over $99.00 orders less than $99.00 the shipping cost is $5.95. You will recieve an email as soon as your order has been shipped.
