Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be given before any products can be eligible for return.
Credit will not be granted for merchandise unsuitable for resale.
Merchandise must be in original packaging and is subject to inspection.
Merchandise that has been marked, affixed with stickers or with crushed packaging will not be accepted.
Special orders such as Nu-Hope belts, sterile items and products that are made unsaleable once opened are not returnable.
Orders over 31 days will be subject to a 20% restock fee. Orders over 90 days are non-returnable.
Any product shortage or shipping errors must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 5 business days from receipt of the order.
