Devrom® is an internal deodorant is an OTC (over-the-counter) medicine taken orally (chewed or swallowed) to neutralize odor from flatulence and stool. It is FDA approved and recommended by doctors, nurses and other health professionals. Active ingredient in Devrom is 200 mg bismuth subgallate.
