Refund policy

Best Buy Medical will accept product returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must be returned 6 months prior to date of expiration. Returns will not be accepted on special-order items, or vendor drop ships. * NO RETURNS ON UNDERGARMENTS OR UNDERPADS PRODUCTS*

Each return must include a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be returned in original packaging and must be in the same unit of measure as originally purchased. If any part of an item, case, or box has been used or the product is not in brand new, unused condition, a return cannot be made. Returns are subject to inspection. No credit will be issued for product that we determine cannot be resold.

Any product shortage or shipping errors must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 5 business days of receipt.

All returns for unwanted product will have a $13.50 Fed Ex label shipping charge deducted from the refund.
